Under the new pricing structure, AMS will operate with a pay-as-you-go credit system, with a credit charged for each confirmed enrolment.
Izzet Aslantatar, Director of AMS, said the software had reached more than 4,000 counsellor users from 65 different countries.
He explained, "To mark this milestone, we have decided to surprise our users by saying, 'Feel free to manage as many student enquiries as you like for free,'"
Credit bundles start from US$3.50 per credit when buying between one and 500 credits. "Agencies buy pre-paid AMS credits as and when they need, and then spend those credits against each student enrolment they create in AMS. So agencies are only charged credits when they make business themselves," Izzet said.
The enquiry features of AMS now available for free include enquiry alerts, bulk enquiry entry, web enquiry integration and enquiry follow ups.
AMS was featured in StudyTravel Magazine profiles of agency software systems in 2010 and 2015.
