The new COINED school in Buenos Aires
Coined opens new Buenos Aires school

Latin America-based Spanish language provider COINED has opened a new school in the Argentine capital of Buenos Aires, offering a range of programmes for international students.

The portfolio at the new school includes Spanish courses, internships, and group programmes, while a range of add-on activities such as soccer, salsa dancing, polo and volunteer work are also available.

Veronica Zanotti, General Manager at COINED, said the new school had "an unbeatable location; a unique fusion between a fascinating destination with many European features and with spectacular views".

Commenting on the benefits of the location as a study travel destination, "Buenos Aires is a city unlike any other, known for its preserved Spanish/European-style architecture, rich multicultural life, incredible food, and as Latin America's shopping capital.

"The school sits upon one of the most exciting yet surprisingly trendy art districts, surrounded by one of the most popular commercial areas, luxurious hotels like Sofitel, boutiques, cafes, art galleries, parks, museums and within walking distance to Puerto Madero. This is also where some of the films like 9 Reinas were filmed, thus adding to the learning process of the city and the feel of the area."

She added, "Students now have a new professional and personalised service, including tailor-made courses, social activities and a dedicated team in a new, spacious, fully renovated school. At COINED, students experience the learning process as a 'construction' on both sides, always taking into account the learner's own personal experiences as important."

Established in 1971, COINED offers Spanish language programmes in 15 Latin American countries.
